We aim to complete the survey within 7 days of the survey being commissioned and will deliver the EPC within 48 hours of the survey being completed. The cost of this service ranges from £60.00 to £105.00 depending on the size of the property.

Prices are not subject to VAT, however a £6 lodgement fee will be charged. This is the charge levied for the EPC to be added to the national database.
Fees are to be paid in full, on submission of invoice. Payment is accepted in cash, by cheque or by electronic bank transfer.
Travelling expenses may apply for properties outwith a 20 mile radius of St.Boswells.
